Where you are depressed by paying Tax try these tactics:

	Go to live in a Tax haven - e.g. Monaco - problem is they are expensive, and they may be too "foreign" for you
	Operate your own company so you can "loose" some personal income
	Use the services of an Agent - like the professional tennis/golf guys
	Live under 5 flags, where you reside in 1 country, work in another, for a company in another etc....

And for the Government spies who may read this.... the reason we get "depressed" by paying taxes is - because you misuse it!!
